Dr. Adesina Olufemi Adegunle has led Princeton Health Limited since year 2000, combining expertise in finance, management, and healthcare systems. At Princeton Health Limited, his leadership is defined by strategic vision, financial discipline, and a passion for healthcare innovation, positioning the organization as a trusted HMO in Nigeria’s evolving health insurance landscape. He previously held roles as Operations/Finance Officer at UNICEF, General Manager at Paragon Investment, and Accountant at Spectrum Books Limited. He holds a Doctorate degree in Management Sciences from Walden University, USA, a Master degree in Personnel Psychology from University of Ibadan. He is a certified Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, as well as a Member of the American Society of Management. He has attended numerous professional trainings and workshops in Health Management and Finance, equipping him with global insights and practical expertise. A seasoned professional and community leader, he is also a Past President of Polo Club Ibadan.

With a distinguished career in pharmacy, healthcare management, and corporate leadership, he brings over two decades of experience to Princeton Health’s mission of delivering innovative and accessible health insurance in Nigeria. A graduate of the University of Ibadan in Pharmacy, he is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria. He also holds an MBA from the University of Ibadan and a Doctorate in Management Sciences from University of Business Technology (online), USA. Before joining Princeton Health, he served as Senior Regional Manager at SmithKline Beecham Nigeria Limited and later as Managing Director at Sandlake Incorporated.

Since joining in 2008, she has provided strategic leadership and oversight for the entire financial architecture of the organization. Her tenure is marked by a steadfast commitment to financial integrity, robust fiscal governance, and the implementation of systems that drive sustainable growth within the healthcare sector. Mrs. Sasere brought a wealth of experience to Princeton Health, having honed her expertise in financial management and auditing prior to her appointment. Her previous roles include positions at Gateway Portland Cement, where she gained invaluable experience in corporate financial systems within a large-scale manufacturing environment, and at Olu Junaid and Co., where she developed a strong foundation in auditing principles and practice. This diverse background across auditing and industry finance has equipped her with a unique, holistic perspective that she applies to the complexities of healthcare management. She is a Certified Member of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CTIN) and an MBA graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
